Thanks: Natascha, our fearless party leader, MC and salsa maker who gifted the amazing dessert.  Dona, Pam and Kyrrha queen bees planning and setting up the party, providing lovely flowers, tasty bagels, bike powered mikes and kind server assistants. The creatures and humans at Meder Street for hosting including meadow mowing and electrical breaker support (Christopher, Elaine, Aaron, Jori and Kevin). Christopher for dishing up eggs-n-bacon in the morning. And Elaine - that strawberry peach pie for brunch!  Zachiah for being pit crew to the event and chief crostini baker. Mom for the financial and heart assistance. Dad for wine. Kath for set up assistance, flowers and fashion commentary.  My bros and their ladies for always being there and bringing the kids to the party for so long.  Jason for the heart transforming audio mix and listening station. Salad Dressing - Deborah mixed us up a great dressing with lime, avo, salt and a fabulous basil olive oil from France - Happy Boy farm baby lettuce mix and cukes

Strawberry pie for brunch - from Joy of Cooking

Corn and Black Bean Salsa:
1 lb. Corn (frozen)
2 T. oil
S&p
Roast in oven about 15 min. @ 450-stir often
Dressing
2-3 T oil
2-3 T cider vinegar
1 t. salt
3/4 t. cumin
6 T. lime juice-4 limes
Pepper to taste
Add corn and dressing together & mix in
1/2choppped red onion
1 clove of garlic- minced
2 large avocados
2 cans of black beans (drained & rinsed)
1 jalapeno Seeded & chopped
4 roma tomatoes chopped
1 C.cilantro chopped
